These Terms of Use govern the use of the Zümrütü Anka Cave Hotel website and the general conditions of the Hotel's services. By using the website, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

1. General Provisions

The content on the website is for information purposes. The Hotel reserves the right to update room, price and service information without prior notice.

2. Use of the Website

You agree to use the website lawfully and only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must refrain from any behaviour that compromises the security of the site, performs automated data collection, or reproduces content without authorisation.

3. Reservations and Prices

Room rates are shown per night and in the selected currency unless otherwise stated. A reservation becomes binding once confirmed by the Hotel. In the event of an obvious typographical or pricing error, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation. The reservation button may redirect you to an external reservation provider, in which case that provider's terms also apply.

4. Check-in / Check-out and House Rules

• Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM; early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
• Our hotel is a historic structure carved into the rock; guests are kindly asked to respect the building and its heritage fabric.
• Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas.
• Guests are required to present a valid ID or passport in accordance with Turkish legislation.
• Pets, additional services and special requests are subject to prior approval by the Hotel.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to Hotel property and for behaviour that disturbs other guests. The Hotel reserves the right to terminate the stay of a guest who does not comply with the rules.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Hotel cannot be held liable for damages not arising from its own fault, for third-party services (such as tour and experience providers), or for events of force majeure.

7. Intellectual Property

The text, images, logos and designs on the website belong to the Hotel and may not be used without permission.

8. Force Majeure

Events beyond the Hotel's control, such as natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, epidemics and decisions of official authorities, are considered force majeure, and the Hotel bears no liability in such cases.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Turkish law. The courts and enforcement offices of Nevşehir / Ürgüp have jurisdiction over disputes; for consumer transactions, consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts are reserved.

10. Changes

The Hotel may update these terms. The current version is published on this page.
