Our cave rooms are carved directly into natural tufa (tuff) rock, a soft volcanic stone unique to Cappadocia. This means the walls, ceiling, and floor are solid rock, maintaining a naturally stable temperature of around 18–22°C year-round — cool in summer, warm in winter. Each room is individually shaped by the rock itself, making it completely unique. Despite their ancient origins, all rooms are equipped with modern amenities such as air conditioning, private bathrooms, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

Yes, a rich traditional Turkish open buffet breakfast is included in all room rates and served every morning between 07:30 and 10:30 on our panoramic terrace. The spread features local Cappadocian cheeses, freshly baked breads, homemade jams, olives, eggs cooked to order, seasonal fruits, honey, and traditional pastries (börek). It is a meal designed to fuel a full day of exploration.

Absolutely! Hot air balloon flights over the fairy chimneys of Cappadocia are one of the most iconic experiences in Turkey, and we work with licensed, reputable balloon operators to arrange flights for our guests. Flights typically depart at sunrise (around 05:30–06:00) and last approximately 1 to 1.5 hours. We strongly recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak season (April–June and September–November), as spots fill up quickly. Please ask our front desk at check-in and we will handle all the details.

The nearest airports are Nevşehir Kapadokya Airport (NAV), approximately 45 km away, and Kayseri Erkilet Airport (ASR), approximately 75 km away. We offer a paid private airport transfer service from both airports — please contact us at least 24 hours before your arrival with your flight details so we can arrange this for you. Alternatively, shuttle buses (Havaş or Süha Tur) and taxis are also available from both airports to Ürgüp town centre.

Yes, high-speed complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all guest rooms, common areas, and the terrace. We understand that staying connected is important even on holiday. The Wi-Fi password is provided at check-in. Please note that due to the nature of cave architecture (thick stone walls), signal strength may vary slightly between rooms — our reception team is always happy to assist if needed.

Yes, we offer free private car parking for guests staying at the hotel. The parking area is located directly adjacent to the property. Please note that due to the narrow, winding streets typical of Ürgüp's historic town centre, we recommend reaching the hotel by following our arrival guide (shared upon booking confirmation) or calling our front desk for guidance as you approach.

Unfortunately, we do not accommodate pets inside the hotel rooms to ensure the comfort of all our guests. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Cappadocia is beautiful year-round, but the most popular seasons are spring (April–June) and autumn (September–November), when temperatures are mild (15–25°C), skies are clear, and hot air balloon flights operate most reliably. Summer (July–August) is hot and very busy. Winter (December–February) offers a magical, often snow-dusted landscape and far fewer tourists, though some balloon flights may be cancelled due to wind. We recommend spring and autumn for the ideal balance of weather, scenery, and availability.

Yes, we have an authentic Turkish hammam (steam bath) and a spa area offering traditional and modern wellness treatments, including scrub and foam massage, aromatherapy, and hot stone therapy. These services are available to hotel guests and can be booked at the front desk or in advance when making your room reservation. We also offer couple's hammam sessions, which are especially popular among honeymooners.

Yes! Cappadocia is one of Turkey's oldest and most respected wine regions, producing unique wines from indigenous grape varieties such as Emir (white) and Kalecik Karası (red), grown in the volcanic soils of Nevşehir. Our hotel bar and restaurant stock a carefully curated selection of local wines. We can also arrange guided wine-tasting tours at nearby vineyards and cellars in and around Ürgüp — simply ask at reception.

Our cave rooms vary in size — some are quite spacious with high vaulted ceilings, while others are more intimate and cosy. Guests with claustrophobia typically find our larger suites comfortable, but we recommend letting us know when booking so we can assign you the most appropriate room. Regarding mobility, please be aware that the hotel is built into a hillside and some areas involve stairs and uneven stone surfaces. We have rooms closer to the entrance that are more accessible. Please contact us in advance and we will make every effort to ensure your comfort.
