Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains the cancellation and refund conditions for reservations made at Zümrütü Anka Cave Hotel. For reservations made through third-party platforms, the terms of the relevant platform may apply with priority.
1. General
Cancellation and amendment requests must be submitted in writing through the channels on our Contact page. The cancellation date is determined based on the date the request reaches the Hotel.
2. Free Cancellation Window
For refundable (Flexible) rate reservations, cancellations made up to 7 days before arrival incur no charge, and the amount paid is refunded.
3. Cancellation Charges
- 7–3 days before arrival: the cost of the first night's stay is charged as a cancellation fee.
- Less than 3 days before arrival: 50% of the total reservation amount is charged.
- Cancellation on the day of arrival: the total reservation amount is charged.
4. No-Show
If the guest does not check in without notice, the total reservation amount is charged and the reservation is cancelled.
5. Early Departure
If the guest shortens the length of stay, no refund is made for the unused nights.
6. High Season and Special Periods
Reservations made during official and religious holidays, New Year and special event periods, as well as "Non-Refundable" rate reservations, are not eligible for cancellation or amendment; no refund is made for such reservations.
7. Refund Process
Refunds are made via the original payment method and in the same currency. Refund procedures are initiated within a reasonable time after the request is approved; the time it takes to appear depends on the bank.
8. Experiences and Additional Services
Hot air balloon tours, transfers and other experiences are provided by separate suppliers and are subject to their own cancellation conditions. The Hotel is not responsible for the cancellation of these services.
9. Force Majeure
In extraordinary circumstances beyond the control of the Hotel or the guest (natural disasters, flight cancellations, official restrictions, etc.), the Hotel will make reasonable efforts to offer flexible solutions; the applicable conditions are assessed separately in each case.

To cancel or amend a reservation, please contact us via the email or phone channels on our Contact page, together with your reservation number.
