Torvi Premium Honeymoon Suite

Stone Rooms

Torvi Premium Honeymoon Suite

Torvi is our largest stone suite — 33 square meters of romance, drama and craft. A king bed scattered with rose petals sits beneath a coffered wood ceiling, flanked by deep crimson velvet armchairs and a window framing the Cappadocian sky. The ensuite is a destination of its own: a wide round wooden-clad jacuzzi, hand-cut travertine floor, a stone vessel sink and a Mediterranean-tile mirror. Built for honeymoons, anniversaries and the deliberately slow nights between.

Stone Rooms

Helga Balcony Stone Room

Helga marries the bones of an old Cappadocian dwelling with a modern jacuzzi-equipped bathroom. Sleep beneath rough-hewn timber beams in a queen bed framed by a tall wooden headboard and a vivid hand-knotted kilim hung as wall art. The travertine-tiled wet room offers an open rain shower and a deep two-seat jacuzzi tub — a quiet ritual to close a day of Cappadocian exploration.

Rollo Cozy Jacuzzi Cave Room

Rollo is a compact retreat with an outsized sense of romance. The 23-square-meter room is wrapped in soft travertine and crowned by a dark coffered ceiling, with a corner jacuzzi tucked beside the queen bed — a private wet ritual without leaving the room. Carved-stone niches glow with candlelight, an antique-style arched door opens onto Cappadocian morning light, and a kilim runner grounds the room's quiet intimacy.

Turkish Cooking Class

Turkish Cooking Class

The most intimate way to understand a culture is through its food. In a traditional stone house kitchen overlooking the vineyards of Göreme, this hands-on class unlocks the secrets behind Cappadocian cuisine — dishes shaped by the same geography, climate, and agricultural heritage that produced the landscape outside the window. You'll prepare testi kebabı (the famous clay pot meat dish sealed and broken at the table), hand-rolled gözleme flatbreads, and classic Anatolian mezes from scratch, learning techniques passed between generations of home cooks. The class concludes with a shared meal of everything you've made.

Turkish Night & Whirling Dervish Show

Turkish Night & Whirling Dervish Show

An authentic evening celebrating the depth of Anatolian culture, set within the atmospheric arched chambers of a restored caravanserai. The evening unfolds with live folk music, regional dances from across Turkey, and the mesmerizing Sema ceremony — the spinning meditation of the Mevlevi Order, performed in flowing white robes following the tradition established by 13th-century mystic Rumi in nearby Konya. A traditional dinner of Anatolian mezes and slow-cooked clay pot dishes is served by candlelight beneath centuries-old stone vaults.

Underground City Tour

Underground City Tour

Descend into the extraordinary subterranean world of Derinkuyu or Kaymakli — vast underground cities carved from soft volcanic tuff, expanded and refined over thousands of years. These were not mere hiding places but fully functioning underground civilisations: complete with stables, wineries, schools, churches, and ventilation shafts reaching down up to 85 metres. At the height of Byzantine persecution, entire communities of thousands lived here for months, pulling massive millstone doors shut behind them. Walking these narrow stone corridors, you feel the full weight of that history pressing close.
