You'll prepare testi kebabı (the famous clay pot meat dish sealed and broken at the table), hand-rolled gözleme flatbreads, and classic Anatolian mezes from scratch, learning techniques passed between generations of home cooks. The class concludes with a shared meal of everything you've made.
