Our Story

It began with one room,
and a refusal to let it fall

Welcome to a fairytale land, with its traditional Cappadocian houses and dovecotes carved into the rocks. Cappadocia, one of the most magical places in Turkey, welcomes you with its fairy chimneys that seem to belong to an enchanted world.

Zümrütü Anka Cave is a retreat born from the heart of nature, blending centuries-old rock architecture with contemporary comfort. Every corner reflects the deep history of Anatolia.

This is not just a hotel; it is a story whispered to you by thousands of years of rock. It would be an honor to make you a part of this story.

The Making

We did not build it.
We listened to it

1000
years held in the rock
01 — The stone

We followed the rock's own lines — every curve was already there, waiting.

02 — The hands

Local craftsmen worked by feel, the way their grandfathers did. No two walls are the same.

03 — The light

Carved for the sun — so morning arrives slowly, and evening lingers warm.

The Place

You don't visit Cappadocia.
It settles into you

A landscape that feels less like scenery and more like memory — soft stone, wide silence, a sky that fills with light before the day begins.

01

At dawn, a hundred balloons rise without a sound.

02

Fairy chimneys stand where wind and time agreed to meet.

03

By dusk, the valleys turn the colour of warm bread.

How We Host

We are small, and that is the gift

Few enough rooms to know every guest by name.

You arrive as a visitor and leave as someone we remember.

The cave keeps the quiet; we keep you company.

Less a hotel, more a house that was waiting for you.

Your room has been
waiting a thousand years

Come let the rock keep you, the way it has kept this place.
